Italian Pizza Bread
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 15 min.
  • 6 Texas white rolls, or 6 Rhodes White Dinner Rolls, thawed until warm and bubbly
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 400°F. Knead rolls into a ball. Sprinkle bread board with half the Parmesan cheese. Roll out dough on top of Parmesan cheese into a 12 inch circle. Turn over dough. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan and roll into a 14 inch circle. Place on a greased large pizza pan. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake 15-20 minutes, or until lightly browned. Serve warm or store up to 2 days. May use as the crust for your favorite pizza.
