Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine mincemeat and next 3 ingredients in a bowl. Stir in half the nuts. Unroll crescent rolls and separate. Spread a tablespoon of the mincemeat mixture on each crescent. Roll up dough, starting with wide end. Place on an ungreased baking sheet, point side down. Bake 12-15 minutes. Combine powdered sugar, vanilla and milk in a bowl until smooth. Spread over warm crescent rolls and sprinkle with remaining nuts. Serve warm. This recipe serves 16 people.
