Minute Steaks
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 10 min.
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 4 beef cube steaks, about 6 ounces each, tenderized
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Place flour in a shallow dish. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Dredge steaks in flour, shaking off excess. Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Sauté steaks 3-4 minutes per side, or until browned. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
