Cucumber Tomato Salad

- 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1/3 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1 cup plain lowfat yogurt
- 1/8 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 lb. tomatoes, peeled and sliced
Combine all ingredients, except tomatoes, in a mixing bowl. Set aside 10 minutes. Arrange tomato slices on serving plates. Spoon cucumber sauce over tomatoes.
