Summer Fruit Salad in Pastry
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 10 min, plus chilling time.
- 4 frozen puff pastry shells
- 1 orange, peeled and segmented
- 1-1/3 cups pineapple chunks
- 1-1/3 cups cantaloupe, scooped into balls
- 2 cups strawberries, washed, hulled, and cut in half
Bake puff pastry shells according to package directions. Combine remaining ingredients in a salad bowl and chill. Just before serving, spoon fruit mixture into baked puff pastry shells.
