Summer Fruit Salad in Pastry
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 10 min, plus chilling time.
  • 4 frozen puff pastry shells
  • 1 orange, peeled and segmented
  • 1-1/3 cups pineapple chunks
  • 1-1/3 cups cantaloupe, scooped into balls
  • 2 cups strawberries, washed, hulled, and cut in half

Bake puff pastry shells according to package directions. Combine remaining ingredients in a salad bowl and chill. Just before serving, spoon fruit mixture into baked puff pastry shells.
