Taco Burgers
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 10 min.
  • 1 package dry onion soup mix
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp. chilli powder
  • 4 hamburger buns, toasted
  • 1/4 lb. lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded fat-free cheddar cheese

Prepare grill or broiler. Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Shape into 1 patty per person. Grill or broil 5 minutes per side or until cooked throughout. Serve on hamburger buns topped with lettuce and cheese.
