Oven Fried Chicken
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 1:00.
  • 1-1/2 cups seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 3 lbs. chicken pieces
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 Tbs. olive oil

Preheat oven to 375°F. Place breadcrumbs in a shallow pan. Coat chicken pieces with breadcrumbs, dip in milk and coat again with breadcrumbs. Arrange chicken skin side up on a lightly oiled shallow baking pan. Bake 30 minutes. Drizzle with oil and bake another 30-35 minutes until chicken is crispy and golden.
