Herbed Garlic Chicken
Prep: 5 min, Marinate: 1:00, Cook: 10 min.
  • 1 envelope herb and garlic dry soup mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 4 chicken breast halves

Combine first 4 ingredients in a baking dish. Add chicken and turn to coat. Cover and marinate 1 hour or overnight in refrigerator. Prepare grill or broiler. Arrange chicken on grill or broiler pan and brush with marinade. Grill or broil 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally and basting with remaining marinade, or until chicken is cooked throughout.
