Red, White, and Blue Sundaes
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 5 min, plus chilling time.
  • 1/4 cup plus 1 Tbs. whipping cream
  • 1/4 lb. white chocolate, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbs. light cream or half-and-half
  • 2 cups strawberry ice cream
  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 cups blueberries, picked over

Bring cream to a simmer in a heavy saucepan over medium high heat. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate until melted and sauce is smooth. Transfer to a bowl. Stir in half and half. Chill. Serve ice cream topped with strawberries and blueberries. Drizzle with white chocolate sauce.
