Cheddar Spread with Horseradish and Sweet Red Peppers

- 5 ounces extra sharp cheddar cheese, finely grated
- 5 ounces bottled roasted red bell peppers, drained, rinsed, patted dry and finely chopped
- 3-1/2 Tbs. mayonnaise
- 3/4 tsp. prepared horseradish, drained
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper

Stir together all ingredients in a bowl until combined well. Serve with whole wheat or your favorite crackers.
