Western-Style Beef Skillet
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 15 min.
  • 1 Tbs. oil
  • 3/4 lb. top sirloin bison steak, 1 inch thick, cut into thin strips
  • 1 lb. american mixtures western
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup chilli sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. chilli powder

Heat oil in a heavy nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Stir-fry bsion 2-3 minutes, or until no longer pink. Add remaining ingredients. Cover pan and simmer 7-9 minutes, or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
