Sloppy Buffalo Joes
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 10 min.
  • 1 lb. ground bison
  • 1-1/2 cups chilli sauce
  • 2 Tbs. brown sugar
  • 4 Kaiser rolls, lightly toasted, split
  • dill spear

Cook bison 5-8 minutes in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, stirring frequently to break up meat, until browned. Stir in chilli sauce and brown sugar. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook 2 minutes or until heated through. Spoon onto rolls and serve with pickles.
