Heat a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Sauté meat, onion, and garlic about 5 minutes, stirring to break up meat, until browned. Stir in remaining ingredients, except green beans and cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium, and simmer 5-7 minutes, until liquid is reduced by half. Stir in green beans and bring to a simmer. Sprinkle cheese over top and serve.
