Veggie-Topped Bison Burger
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 10 min.
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup carrot, shredded
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 Tbs. green onions, sliced
  • 1 Tbs. parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. dill weed
  • 1 lb. ground bison, shaped into burgers
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 whole wheat English muffins, split, toasted and buttered

Combine first 6 ingredients and salt to taste in a bowl. Cook burgers to desired doneness. Place lettuce and burgers on bottom muffin halves. Top with vegetable mixture and remaining muffin halves.
