The Ultimate Bison Burger
- 1-1/4 lbs. ground bison
- 1-1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1/8 tsp. sea salt
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Mix all ingredients well and form into 5 ounces burgers.
Grill until desired doneness. These burgers are delicious as is, or you can place the burger on a whole wheat hamburger bun and add your favorite toppings such as lettuce, tomatoes and cheese.
