Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine oatmeal, 3 Tbs. brown sugar, butter, and 1/4 tsp. cinnamon in a bowl. Mix well and set aside. Combine fruit and water in a bowl. Add remaining 1/4 cup brown sugar, flour and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, tossing to coat. Spoon into an 8 inch square glass baking dish. Top with reserved oatmeal mixture. Bake 30-35 minutes or until fruit is tender. Serve warm with frozen yogurt. This recipe serves 8 people. Due to the nature of this recipe, it adjusts the number of servings in multiples of 8 only.
