Season turkey with salt and pepper to taste. Place turkey between two sheets of wax paper and pound lightly with a mallet or other heavy flat object to flatten to 1/4 inch thickness. Melt butter in a heavy nonstick pan over medium high heat. Cook turkey 1-2 minutes per side, turning until lightly browned outside and cooked throughout. Transfer turkey to a platter. Add remaining ingredients to same pan and cook 1-2 minutes. Serve sauce over turkey.
