Green Beans with Artichoke Hearts
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 10 min.
  • 3/4 lb. green beans, trimmed
  • 9 ounces frozen artichoke hearts, thawed
  • 1 Tbs. unsalted butter

Place green beans in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover saucepan and steam 3 minutes. Add artichoke hearts and steam another 7-8 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Drain vegetables and return to saucepan. Toss vegetables with butter and pepper to taste.
