Stovetop BBQ Pork Chops
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 15 min.
  • 1 tsp. vegetable oil
  • 4 pork chops, bone in
  • 1 cup hickory smoked barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice

Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Season pork chops with salt and pepper to taste. Sauté 2 minutes per side, until browned. Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover pan, reduce heat to low and simmer 10-15 minutes, turning chops once or twice, until pork is tender.
