Peanut Butter Pineapple Shake
Prep: 10 min, plus freezing time.
- 1 banana, cut into pieces
- 2 cups pineapple chunks
- 1 cup skim milk
- 3/4 cup plain lowfat yogurt
- 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
Place banana pieces on a plate and freeze 40-50 minutes or until firm. Combine pineapple and banana in a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
