Mustard Grilled Turkey Breasts
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 10 min.
  • 2 Tbs. Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp. rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbs. virgin olive oil
  • 4 turkey breast fillets, about 1/4 lb. each

Prepare grill or broiler. Combine all ingredients, except turkey, in a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake vigorously. Grill or broil turkey breasts 4 minutes per side. Spread half the mustard mixture over one side of turkey breasts and grill or broil 3 minutes. Turn and coat with remaining mustard mixture. Broil another 3 minutes or until turkey is cooked throughout.
