Spicy Grilled Steak
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 10 min.
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • 3/4 tsp. ground sage leaves
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, cut in half
  • 4 sirloin tip steaks, about 6 ounces each

Prepare grill or broiler. Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl. Rub cut side of garlic over both sides of steaks. Rub spice mixture into both sides of meat. Grill or broil steaks 4-6 minutes per side for medium done meat.
