BBQ Turkey Sandwich

  • 1 lb. cooked turkey breast, shredded
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 4 Kaiser rolls
  • 1/2 cup dill relish

Combine turkey and barbecue sauce in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Bring to a simmer, stirring frequently, and remove from heat. Divide turkey mixture between rolls. Top with a spoonful of relish and serve.
