Cajun Pan Fried Swordfish
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 5 min.
  • 4 swordfish steaks, about 6 ounces each
  • 1 Tbs. oil
  • 1 Tbs. Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 lemon or lime, cut in wedges

Brush oil on fish. Sprinkle cajun seasoning on both sides of fish. Place a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. When skillet is very hot, add fish and cook 3-4 minutes per side or until fish is opaque. Serve with lemon or lime wedges.
