Pan Fried Cajun Ocean Perch
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 10 min.
  • 1-1/4 lbs. ocean perch fillets
  • 1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. oil
  • 2 tsp. Cajun seasoning
  • 3/4 lemon or lime, cut in wedges

Brush oil on fish and sprinkle with cajun seasoning. Place fish in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. When skillet is very hot, add fish and cook 3-4 minutes per side until fish flakes easily. Serve with lemon or lime wedges.
