Place breadcrumbs in a shallow dish and dredge fish to coat. Heat oil or butter in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium heat. Sauté fish 4 minutes. Turn, add almonds and sauté another 3-4 minutes, or until fish flakes easily. Serve with lemon wedges.
