White Bean Salad with Tuna

- 2-2/3 cups Romaine lettuce, shredded
- 2 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. capers
- 1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. olive oil
- 3/4 tsp. dried rosemary
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1-1/4 lbs. canned navy beans, drained
- 9 ounces white tuna in water, drained
- 3 ounces pimentos, drained and diced
Combine all ingredients, and pepper to taste, in a bowl. Toss well. Serve at room temperature.
