Fruit Medley Salad
Prep: 15 min, plus refrigeration time.
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise type salad dressing
  • 2 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. sour cream
  • 7 ounces mandarin orange segments, drained
  • 3/4 banana, sliced
  • 5 ounces unsweetened pineapple chunks, drained
  • 2/3 cup mini marshmallows
  • 2/3 cup flaked coconut

Combine dressing and sour cream in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Mix lightly. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
