Fantastic Pork Fajitas
Prep: 15 min, Cook: 5 min.
  • 2 tsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 lb. pork cutlets, cut into strips
  • 1/2 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, seeded and sliced
  • 1 Tbs. fajita seasoning
  • 4 flour tortillas, warmed
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup fat-free sour cream

Heat oil in heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add pork, onion, pepper and seasoning and stir-fry quickly 4-5 minutes. Roll up portions of meat mixture in tortillas and serve with salsa and sour cream.
