Game-Time Nachos
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 5 min.
  • 3/4 cup plus 2 Tbs. condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/3 cup salsa
  • 7 ounces tortilla chips
  • 3/4 tomato, seeded and chopped
  • 1-1/4 scallions, sliced
  • 2/3 cup olive slices, drained
  • 3 ounces bottled sliced jalapeño pepper, drained

Heat soup and salsa in a saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently about 5 minutes, or until heated through. Pour over tortilla chips and top with remaining ingredients.
