Cinnamon Toast
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 5 min.
  • 5-1/4 slices white bread, crusts cut away
  • 2 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. unsalted butter, softened
  • 1-1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1-1/4 tsp. sugar
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar

Toast bread until golden and spread with butter. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl. Spread mixture over buttered toast. Return to toaster or place under broiler 1-2 minutes or until glazed.
