Microwave Fruity Oatmeal
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 5 min.
  • 1-1/3 cups oatmeal, uncooked
  • 2-2/3 cups water
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. currants or raisins
  • 1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup skim milk

Combine all ingredients, except milk, in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on High 2 minutes. Serve with milk.
