Microwave Fruity Oatmeal

- 1-1/3 cups oatmeal, uncooked
- 2-2/3 cups water
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 apple, chopped
- 1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. currants or raisins
- 1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. chopped walnuts
- 1 cup skim milk
Combine all ingredients, except milk, in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on High 2 minutes. Serve with milk.
