Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Cut brie wheel horizontally in half to make 2 circles. Spread sun-dried tomato mixture over cut side of cheese. Press two cheese halves together again. Heat brie wheel on high in microwave 1 minute or until cheese is soft. Serve with crackers. This recipe serves 8 people.
