Black Bean and Exotic Fruit Salsa

- 5 ounces canned black beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. mango, peeled and cubed
- 2 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. papaya, peeled and diced
- 1/3 cup pineapple, cubed
- 2 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. red onion, diced
- 1/8 tsp. habanero pepper sauce
- 1 tsp. fresh cilantro, minced
- 1 tsp. lime juice
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss gently to coat. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
