Herbed Butterfly Pork Chops
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 10 min.
  • 4 boneless butterflied porkchops, about 1/4 lb. each
  • 2 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbs. parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. rosemary, crumbled
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme, crumbled

Prepare broiler or grill. Brush chops with lemon juice. Combine remaining ingredients and pepper to taste in a bowl and mix well. Rub herb mixture on both sides of chops. Broil or grill 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
