Combine all ingredients, except pork chops, in a bowl and mix well. Pour over chops in a heavy plastic bag and seal well. Marinate in refrigerator 4-24 hours. Prepare broiler or covered grill with drip pan in center banked by medium hot coals. Remove chops from marinade, reserving marinade. Broil or grill 5 inches from heat source 12-15 minutes, turning once and basting occasionally with reserved marinade.
