Taco Seasoned Crunch
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 1:00.
  • 4 cups corn flakes cereal
  • 1/4 cup popped popcorn
  • 3 cups corn or tortilla chips
  • 1 cup roasted peanuts
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix

Preheat oven to 250°F. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large roasting pan. Combine next 4 ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Pour over corn flakes mixture and toss to coat. Bake 60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Allow to cool, stirring frequently.
