Italian Pork Sandwiches
Prep: 5 min, Marinate: 6:00, Cook: 10 min.
  • 1 lb. boneless lean pork, cut into 3/4 inch cubes
  • 1 cup Italian dressing
  • skewers
  • 4 French-style rolls, split and toasted
  • 1/2 cup bottled roasted red bell peppers

Place pork cubes in a self-sealing plastic bag and pour dressing over. Seal bag and marinate in refrigerator 6-24 hours. Discard dressing and thread cubes onto skewers. (Note: If using wooden skewers, soak skewers in water 1 hour before using to prevent burning.) Grill or broil about 4 inches from heat 8-10 minutes, turning to brown all sides. Place cubes inside rolls and serve with roasted peppers.
