Combine all ingredients, except pork chops, in a saucepan over medium heat. Season with salt to taste. Simmer 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool. Place pork chops in a plastic bag. Pour lemon juice mixture over and close bag. Tie securely and set in a shallow baking dish. Marinate in refrigerator 6-8 hours or overnight, turning occasionally. Drain chops, reserving marinade. Grill chops over medium coals about 8 minutes. Turn and grill about 8 minutes more, brushing occasionally with reserved marinade.
