Fruity Rice Cakes

  • 2 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. light cream cheese, softened
  • 7 ounces mandarin orange segments, drained
  • 3/4 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
  • 1/3 cup strawberries, sliced
