Parmesan Pork Tenderloin
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 10 min.
- 1 lb. pork tenderloins, cut crosswise into 1 inch slices
- 3 Tbs. seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 Tbs. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp. vegetable oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/4 cup steak sauce or ketchup
Place each slice of tenderloin on its cut surface and flatten with heel of hand to 1/2 inch thickness. Combine crumbs, Parmesan cheese and salt and pepper to taste in a shallow dish. Dredge pork slices to coat. Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium heat. Sauté |
