Parmesan Pork Tenderloin
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 10 min.
  • 1 lb. pork tenderloins, cut crosswise into 1 inch slices
  • 3 Tbs. seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1 Tbs. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 cup steak sauce or ketchup

Place each slice of tenderloin on its cut surface and flatten with heel of hand to 1/2 inch thickness. Combine crumbs, Parmesan cheese and salt and pepper to taste in a shallow dish. Dredge pork slices to coat. Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium heat. Sauté pork, onion and garlic 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until pork is cooked through. Serve with steak sauce.
