Asian Tuna Sauté
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 10 min.
  • 2 Tbs. unsalted butter
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 lb. fresh tuna, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 2 Tbs. light soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup scallion, sliced

Melt butter in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium heat. Sauté garlic and mushrooms 1 minute. Add tuna and sauté 2-3 minutes. Add wine and soy sauce and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to low and simmer 2-3 minutes or until tuna is just cooked throughout. Do not over-cook. Stir in scallions and serve.
