Banana Push-Ups
Prep: 10 min, plus freezing time.
  • 1-1/4 large bananas, cut up
  • 1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
  • 2/3 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup plus 4 Tbs. frozen pineapple juice concentrate
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 8 small paper cups

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until foamy. Pour into paper cups and freeze. Push up from bottom of the cup to eat.
