Pork Burgers on Sandwich Buns
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 10 min.
  • 1 lb. lean ground pork
  • 2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. seasoned pepper
  • 4 sandwich buns
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices tomato
  • 1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1/4 cup sliced dill pickles

Prepare grill or broiler. Combine ground pork and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Mix thoroughly. Divide pork mixture into equal portions and shape into patties about 3/4 inch thick, handling meat as little as possible. Sprinkle both sides of patties with seasoned pepper. Grill or broil 5 minutes per side, turning once. Serve on buns with lettuce, tomato, mustard and pickles.
