Frozen Fruit Chunk Cups
Prep: 10 min, plus freezing time.
- 2/3 cup apple sauce, chunky or regular
- 7 ounces fresh strawberries
- 7 ounces mandarin orange segments, drained
- 2/3 cup grapes (optional)
- 1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. orange juice concentrate
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Spoon fruit mixture into individual dishes or paper cups. Freeze until firm. Remove from freezer about 30 minutes before serving.
