Salmon in Tarragon
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 15 min.
  • 4 salmon fillets or steaks, about 1/4 lb. each
  • 1/3 cup plain lowfat yogurt
  • 2 tsp. mayonnaise
  • 3/4 tsp. dried tarragon
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 400°F. Place salmon in a baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and spread over salmon. Bake 15 minutes or until fish flakes when tested with a fork.
