Pork Patties Supreme
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 10 min.
  • 1 lb. ground pork
  • 1 Tbs. parsley, snipped
  • 1-1/2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbs. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 4 hamburger buns, split and toasted

Prepare broiler. Place pork in a bowl. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Add parsley and 1-1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce. Mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape mixture into 4 patties 1/2 inch thick. Place on rack in broiler pan 3 inches from heat. Broil 5 minutes, turn and broil second side 4 minutes. Combine mayonnaise, remaining Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Serve sauce with patties on toasted buns.
