Chocolate Caramel Nut Pie
Prep: 15 min, Cook: 10 min, plus chilling time.
  • 1/2 lb. chocolate nut caramel candy bars, chopped
  • 1 vanilla cookie crumb crust
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 lb. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup chopped roasted peanuts
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted

Sprinkle chopped candy in pie shell. Combine next 6 ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Transfer to pie shell and spread over candy bar pieces. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and drizzle with melted chocolate. Chill 1 hour before serving.
