Pork Steaks with Green Beans

- 2 pork blade steaks, cut 1 inch thick
- 2 small cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 Tbs. onion, finely chopped
- 2 Tbs. lemon juice
- 2 Tbs. soy sauce
- 1 Tbs. honey
- 9 ounces frozen French cut green beans, thawed
Place steaks in a shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients, except beans, in a bowl and mix well. Pour marinade over pork steaks. Cover tightly and marinate in refrigerator 2 hours, turning once.
Prepare broiler. Drain pork steaks, reserving marinade. Place steaks on a rack in a broiler pan. Broil about 4 inches from heat source 7-8 minutes per side. Pour marinade into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover tightly and simmer 5 minutes. Add green beans, cover and cook 5-8 minutes, or until beans are tender. Serve green beans with broiled steaks.
