No Bake Chocolate Cookies
Prep: 15 min, Cook: 5 min.
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3-1/2 cups quick oatmeal

Combine first 4 ingredients in a large heavy saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a soft boil. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla, then oats. Drop by tablespoonfuls on wax paper and let harden.
